These are tough times. And our feelings (both adults' and kids') are on a constant roller-coaster. It is important that we all have ways to deal with the stress. Going outside for a walk and talking to our trusted people about our feelings are vital to staying positive. And being positive doesn't always mean being happy all of the time.If students ever need a 1:1 Zoom Session with their counselor, please email us and we can set up a time to talk more about coping with stress. We can't wait to be all together again. Better days ARE coming!
